Aire Dynamics is also a key player in the medical market. Cody began his career in 1985 with some prominent mechanical contracting firms in Dallas, Trinity Contractors and Mechanical Interiors, Inc. (MIINC). Cody obtained his plumbing license in 1989 and his medical gas endorsement in 1996. Cody came to Aire Dynamics in 2003 and has put in place a very skilled and competent staff to meet our customer’s mechanical contracting needs. He supervises and assists the construction staff of Aire Dynamics, Inc. He attended the 4 year apprenticeship program of ABC and graduated in 1989.
Melissa Baber

Melissa has been in the construction industry since 1984 and joined Aire Dynamics in November, 2003. She has worked in various administrative positions, from receptionist, accounting, payroll & also a project manager. Since she started at Aire Dynamics in 2003 she has worked with all departments assisting with contracts, insurance, permits and works with cities in DFW metroplex on our mechanical and plumbing registrations and project permits. She works with the construction manager, project managers, estimators and field personnel in order to ensure our projects are completed efficiently.

Mike Rose started at Aire Dynamics in February 2012. He estimates and manages projects for Aire Dynamics. Mike started in the Construction industry in May 1997 and has managed projects at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, TCU and Dallas Galleria.

Branden Sparks came to Aire Dynamics in April, 2003. He helps with estimating, managing projects, and coordinates the labor for the Construction Department. Branden started in the HVAC industry in June, 1996. He’s a CEF sheet metal graduate, and has managed major construction work for Fidelity Investments in Southlake, Texas.

Geary started in the Construction industry in 1992 and joined Aire Dynamics in August, 2003. He attended Commercial and Residential Plumbing Vocation School for 2 years. His field experience has been focused on commercial construction projects in the medical industry, high-rise commercial buildings, and tenant finish work. He holds Master Plumbing and Medical Gas License endorsements.
